Attendance at the Conference of the Spanish-German Association of Jurists in Barcelona

Esther Rojo attended the AHAJ conference on “Procedural Law in Germany and Spain: Differences, Particularities and Strategies”, held in Barcelona on 9.11.2024.
It was an opportunity to delve into the procedural aspects of both countries, emphasizing the most problematic points, thanks to the speakers Mr. José María Seijo, currently a member of the General Council of the Judiciary, the lawyer Mr. Juan Pablo Correa and Ms. Kornelia Toporzysek, Judge of the High Court of Justice of Düsseldorf. Our impression of the day is that it was highly satisfactory and we took note of all the advice offered by these experts.
We were also able to share experiences and knowledge with colleagues in Spain and Germany, as well as to weave new contacts for our areas of practice of the firm.
