In the framework of the Insol Europe Congress held in Amsterdam from 12 to 14 October 2023 on insolvency law issues, Xavier Pareja, together with colleagues Patrik Kalman (Tragardh, Sweden), Antonia Mottironi (Ardenter, Switzerland), Louise Brittain (Azets, UK) and Daniel A. Lowenthal (PBWT, USA) gave a lecture on insolvency and Ponzi schemes.
