Eva Sagristà

Eva Sagristà graduated in law from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona (2009) and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2011. Postgraduate degree in International Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) (2010); Postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (2011-2012) and postgraduate degree in Business Law (ICAB 2016). She received a Leonardo grant as part of the European Union Lifelong learning programme to work in Paris in 2012.

Eva Sagristá is a specialist in Corporate Law and international contracting, in addition to insolvency matters. She has studied specific courses on insolvency procedure and corporations. She is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since may 2014. She is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since may 2014 and Spanish National Representative of the association since august 2022.

Her usual working languages are Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian.
