Xavier Pareja

Xavier Pareja is the founding partner of the law firm. He graduated in law from the University of Barcelona en 1989. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (1990) and the Balearic Bar Association (2001). Before opening his own firm in Barcelona, Xavier Pareja was the managing partner in Spain of the law firm Göhmann Wrede Has Kappus & Hartmann until July 2004. He is an specialist in Real estate and Building Law, Insolvency Law, Civil Law and Inheritance Law.

Besides, Xavier Pareja is member of Insol Europe, the Spanish-German Association of Jurists and the German Association of Inheritance Lawyers. He has published several articles and has given numerous lectures on Insolvency and International Law.

His usual working languages are Spanish, Catalan, German, English and French.
